Concrete fiber is a substance which is used in the concrete to up grain its strength,mainly for resisting extra unwanted forces in the concrete block. Fiber also resist some tensile forces in the concrete block. There are so many types of fiber out there which are used depending upon the necessity. The fibers are different as their quality and the uses of it, after the test the best one is taken for the work. In generally steel, coper,glass, aluminium, polyester fibers etc are are used in the field. glass fiber is the good one which is used mostly. Now a days the bamboo fiber & coconut fiber is also very popular due to chief for the work. Fiber can rich the life time of the concrete.
But due to manufacturing of the concrete if the fiber is not fixed properly than voids are may be created in the concrete block, which is reason of early failure of the concrete.
